Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)

The Salt Room Experience:

The salt room features a salt floor section in the center of the room and dry salt therapy known as Halotherapy. Halotherapy is when tiny microparticles of salt is dispensed into the air. Those tiny particles then land on the skin and are inhaled. The dry salt cleanses the respiratory system. This alternative therapy is gentle and effective, making it good for people of all ages and even animals.

Want to take your relaxation experience up a notch? Add a massage to your salt room session. Massage is available in the salt room with Halotherapy or in the relaxation room. Our massage therapists, Amber and Polly, are available on select Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays.

Salt Room Couple Massage is available on select Thursdays and Saturdays.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)

What is MLD? a gentle massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to remove waste products, excess fluid, and toxins from the body.
